Guide Hachette 2006 Savigny-Lès-Beaune "Goudelettes" 2002 Please note the name of the producer of this excellent white wine. Thibaut Marion took over the domain Seguin-Manuel in September 2004. Pale gold colour, rather floral on the nose, this live wine is well-balanced. Slightly oaky and quite warm, it can be enjoyed for 4 or 5 years. Regarding “Savigny-lès-Beaune “Lavières” 1er Cru 2003, it is also selected. Bourgogne Aujourd'hui (Oct./Nov. 2005) Thibaut Marion (formerly at Chanson) took over this house an its 3,5 hectares domaine in September 2004. Two decisions have been immediately made : some Savigny 1er Cru Lavières have been declassified as village wine in order to keep the best of it. Wines have been bottled quickly without filtration “to keep all their freshness” explains Thibaut Marion. A house to be followed in the coming years. - Savigny-lès-Beaune « Lavières » 1er Cru 2003 * - Savigny-lès-Beaune « Goudelettes » 2003 * Le Petit Futé 2006 - Les 1001 meilleurs vins à moins de 8 euros Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2002 A powerful regional wine with a touch of “iodine” notes but it shows first its varietals and terroir. Next vintage is also reliable. Presentation Press Review Vendanges Range Version Française
