Our wines reflect the terroirs that have created them.

After limited intervention during winemaking, our wines are naturally matured in French oak casks. Lightly filtered, they keep their genuine organoleptic qualities.



    • Terroir

      Clay and chalk with a majority of kimmeridgien chalk, located on the northern part of Burgundy between Beaune and Paris.

    • Winemaking & Maturation

      Grapes have been directly crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature. The wine was bottled 10 months after a maturation on its lees.

    • Wine description

      Pale gold colour, bunch of aromas on the nose with floral nuances, fresh summerfruit aromas and mineral notes. This first impression is confirmed on the palate. The wine is straightforward and clean with a natural liveness that makes it really elegant. It is lemony on the finish.

      To be enjoyed for aperitif or on any kind of shell fish.

    • Ageing potential

      Drink now through 2-3 years.
