Our wines reflect the terroirs that have created them.

After limited intervention during winemaking, our wines are naturally matured in French oak casks. Lightly filtered, they keep their genuine organoleptic qualities.

    • Terroir

      Clay and limestone, coming from one of our own vineyard in Pommard and other Côte de Beaune villages like Volnay, Chorey-lès-Beaune, Monthélie or Auxey-Duresses.

    • Winemaking & Maturation

      After a fermentation of 14 days, the wine has been partly matured in French oak for 10 months before bottling.

    • Wine description

      Nice ruby colour. It is aromatic on the nose with stylish aromas of red berries and floral nuances. Elegant, it shows nice fruit purity on the palate. It is well-balanced and generous. Tannins are well integrated and make the wine already appealing.

      To pair with Bresse poultry, white meat or light cheese (Reblochon).

    • Ageing potential

      Drink now through 2-3 years
