After limited intervention during winemaking, our wines are naturally matured in French oak casks. Lightly filtered, they keep their genuine organoleptic qualities.

    • Terroir

      Clay and limestone with oxide iron, gravel, deep soil at the foot hill at the North of Pommard.

    • Winemaking & Maturation

      Hand-picked, the grapes have been sorted out and vatted during 16 days. After fermentation, the wine has been matured in oak cask (20% new oak) for 14 months.

    • Wine description

      Bright ruby color, open on the nose with powerful aromas of red fruit enhanced by toasted nuances. Well-structured and firm on the palate, it possesses stylish tannins. Its natural freshness give a nice length to the wine.

    • Wine & Food

      To match with a duck breast, a pheasant or Epoisses cheese.

    • Ageing potential

      4 to 7 years, over 10 years for good vintages.
