Our wines reflect the terroirs that have created them.

After limited intervention during winemaking, our wines are naturally matured in French oak casks. Lightly filtered, they keep their genuine organoleptic qualities.

    • Terroir

      Clay,limestone, stones and gravels, located in Savigny-lès-Beaune, North of Côte de Beaune. Three plots located up and foot hill make this cuvee. Vines are over 60 years old.

    • Winemaking & Maturation

      Hand-picked, the grapes have been sorted out before being vatted during 15 days. After fermentation, the wine has been matured in oak cask (15% new) for 14 months.

    • Wine description

      It has a ruby colour. It combines on the nose red berry and floral aromas as well as a hint of hearthy character. It is supple, quite powerful with good structure. It possesses a lovely balance with red fruit and mineral nuances. Tannins are well integrated to the wine. Long and elegant finish on toasted notes.

    • Wine & Food

      To match with a good piece of beef, terrine, saucisson, mild cheese.

    • Ageing potential

      At its best after 3-5 years, over 7 years in good vintages.
