Our wines are a reflection of the land they are from.

After limited intervention during winemaking, our wines are naturally matured in French oak casks. Lightly filtered, they keep their original organoleptic qualities.

      Stony terroir, located at the top of the south-facing steep slope above the village of Santenay

    • Winemaking & Maturation

      Fermented and aged on lees in French oak barrels (20% new) for one year.

    • Wine description

      Elegant, open nose with notes of ripe fruit, toasty nuances and minerality. Expressive and precise on the palate. The well-balanced fruit comes through first. The mid-palate is full and finishes on mineral and vanilla nuances.

      A perfect accompaniment to Armorican-style monkfish or matured Epoisses.

    • Ageing potential

      7-10 years
