After limited intervention during winemaking, our wines are naturally matured in French oak casks. Lightly filtered, they keep their original organoleptic qualities.

      Clay and limestone, located in Côte Chalonnaise, South of Côte d'Or. The vines in this plot are 35 years old.

    • Winemaking & Maturation

      Hand-picked, the grapes after pressing have fermented and been matured in oak cask for one year.

    • Wine description

      Pale gold colour. Seductive and stylish aromas of summer fruit as peach and floral nuances on the nose. Straightforward on the palate, the fruit is already open. The natural elegance is enhanced by a lovely mineral structure.

      To pair with mussels in white wine, persi or Comté cheese 18 months).

    • Ageing potential

      At its best after 2-5 years.
